ERC is working with professionals at the University of Minnesota Schools of Public Health and Civil Engineering to design a mechanism to help water stressed communities obtain the quantity and quality of water they need to protect their health and well-being.  Unsafe water is a leading cause of childhood death in the world and we are developing a mechanism that will better protect at-risk children.
